I moved my family from Manchester, England, back in 2002 for the Florida life style which we love to bits. In 2004, I got my Real Estate license and bought vacation homes for foreign investors which has proved very successful. When the market changed, I adapted with it, becoming a short sale specialist which again has proved invaluable for my clients as I have successfully navigated the short sale process both as a buyers agent and a listing agent many many times. Providing value impartial advise on both sides of the short sale deal. This culminating in being interviewed by both CNN and Fox news as a short sale specialist.
With the market returning to normality, I have again re-positioned myself to deal primarily with residential sales which again is proving to be a great benefit to my clients.
